We currently only operate within the following areas: Brighton, Hove, Portslade, Southwick, Ovingdean, Rottingdean, Saltdean and Woodingdean as well as Major airports including London Gatwick, Heathrow, Stansted and Luton. Pick-ups in areas beyond will incur an additional charge. In some cases we may have to cancel your booking if it exceedes our operating area, depending on driver avaliablity.
Yes! Our prices include all relevant charges including ULEZ, Congestion charges, Toll roads and airport drop-off fees. If for any reason your quoted price changes, we will notfiy you beforehand.

You have the right to cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the booking time. No questions asked just inform us via email or phone. To cancel or change any bookings, you must contact our customer service team. A booking can be changed in advance by giving up to 24 hours’ notice prior to the transfer time. Changes to booking time and date requested less than 24 hours before the booking time is subject to availability and will incur a £10 admin fee.
